These Terms of Use govern your use of the Educators Moving On Network website, programs, events, and text messaging program. Educators Moving On Network is a brand of Agile Designs and Services LLC.
Use of Our Site and Services
By using our site or purchasing our programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purchases, Programs, and Events
Program and event descriptions, pricing, and access terms are stated at the point of purchase. Access to digital products and recordings is granted for the period stated in the offer.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because our programs, workshops, and digital products deliver immediate access to proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.
Live workshops and events: Registrations are non-refundable but are transferable to a future session of the same program.
To request a transfer, email [email protected] at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you are unable to attend live, you will receive access to the recording for the period stated at the point of purchase.
Digital products and downloads: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Coaching and consulting engagements: Governed by the terms of your individual agreement, which supersede this policy.
Payment plans: Enrolling on a payment plan commits you to the full purchase price. Missed or failed payments do not cancel the balance owed, and access may be suspended until the account is current.
If you were charged in error or a duplicate charge occurred, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will make it right.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including course content, templates, frameworks, recordings, and written materials, are the property of Agile Designs and Services LLC and are provided for your individual use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share access with others.
Text Messaging Program Terms
Program name: Educators Moving On Network Event and Program Updates
Description: Educators Moving On Network sends text messages to subscribers who have opted in, containing event reminders, registration confirmations, program updates, and information about upcoming trainings and offers.
How to join: You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our registration or checkout form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or email us at [email protected].
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.educatorsmovingon.com/privacy.
Disclaimer
Our programs provide training and information. We do not guarantee that you will win contracts, secure specific revenue, or achieve any particular result. Results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Designs and Services LLC, doing business as Educators Moving On Network, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, programs, or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
